Anyone who enters into business enters into selling and the Psychology of Being in Selling is the first of a three part series exploring the concepts of selling, we understand how the conscious mind can assist us in making better decision in the selling process.
Psychology of Being in Selling
The world of sales is not about being in sales but being in selling. As an opening to this essay we immediately change the name to the Psychology of being in selling and can now state that being an entrepreneur or an intrepreneur (within a company) we find that we have entered the world of selling.
Now is the time to renew your relationship with, and understanding of, the selling process. You’ll understand why the time-worn, traditional posturing and phraseology of the profession has made things difficult for the prospects, the salespeople and the leadership at large.
Things will never be as difficult again as we all learn how to succeed in selling and how to succeed in all areas of our life, living and making a living.
"IMPACT!! IMPACT should be Bern's middle name. At 25 years of age I first met Bern, left a well paying salaried job, with a stable company to follow Bern across the USA building a mutual dream. Instead of a guaranteed salary I accepted a commission only direct sales opportunity with no perks. Unheard of in the 70's and by most standards not a good career decision then or now. What I didn't understand at the time was the "IMPACT" the relationship and life experiences would have on my future.
